Manager, Governance, Risk, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of professionals specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

• Assist and facilitate both internal and external audit/assessment processes at Arctic Wolf.

• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop and sustain a Unified Controls Framework that adheres to diverse regulatory and industry best practices in security and privacy.

• Compile and maintain a repository of objective evidence to demonstrate continuous compliance with established controls.

• Conduct regular organizational and asset-level risk and impact assessments to pinpoint IT, Security, and Privacy risks.

• Sustain a Risk Register and promote effective risk management and reporting practices.

• Document, analyze, monitor, and report on gaps, non-conformities, and findings related to control.

• Carry out governance tasks such as the creation and upkeep of internal security and privacy policies, standards, procedures/guidance, and program documentation.

• Establish and manage a Customer Due Diligence program.

• Develop a Third-Party Service Provider Risk Management Program.

• Manage and utilize the GRC toolset to automate various processes and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing GRC platforms and engineering compliance automation solutions in both cloud and on-premises environments.

• Proven experience in people management within an onshore/offshore operational model.

• Over 10 years of direct experience in the development, construction, and delivery of global GRC programs, including managing audits.
