Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering

📋 Description

• Propel regional performance metrics, including billable utilization, team expansion, and recruitment.

• Spearhead critical enterprise engagements.

• Advocate for delivery governance and maintain operational excellence.

• Serve as the executive escalation contact for urgent customer issues.

• Cultivate and retain outstanding technical talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in people leadership, managing high-achieving technical delivery teams.

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML initiatives.

• Strong executive presence combined with effective stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark™, MLflow, and Delta Lake.
