Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality and resilient products within a supportive team atmosphere.

• Collaborate with your team to tackle challenges, actively participate in discussions, and advocate for engineering-focused roadmap initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams in product management, design, research, business development, operations, and market strategies to create secure, compliant, and seamless onboarding and lifecycle experiences for both companies and their employees.

• Serve as a technical leader across the organization, inspiring your team to excel in their work.

• Offer technical guidance through design reviews and collaborative programming sessions.

• Enhance team growth through internal skill development and assistance in external recruitment efforts.

• Promote fast-paced iterative development supported by experimental analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated leadership and management experience.

• Technical proficiency in one or more relevant fields, especially in the design, implementation, and maintenance of web services and/or infrastructure.

• Proven capability to lead intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in building and successfully expanding development teams.

• A strong commitment to quality, technical excellence, and achieving results.

• Experience in designing and developing backend systems.

• Familiarity with working in Scrum or Agile environments.
