• Oversee the operational planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.

• Coordinate the delivery of clinical operations, address challenges, and enhance team capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine trial design and improve operational efficiency throughout the clinical development process.

• Track trial progress and performance metrics, offering insights to guide decision-making and promote continuous improvement.

• Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting teamwork and excellence within the team.

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across clinical operations.

• Manage conflicting priorities and execute clinical trials efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.

• Travel as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.
