Machine Learning Engineer – Post Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create pipelines for post-training activities such as fine-tuning, evaluation, and model compression.

• Develop scalable systems for deploying, monitoring, and optimizing models.

• Work alongside researchers to confirm experimental outcomes in production environments.

• Design tools to automate benchmarking and regression tests.

• Seek out ways to enhance efficiency in resource usage and inference speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, ML/AI, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in model training, evaluation, or deployment.

• Proficient in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and data pipeline technologies.

• Understanding of optimization strategies (quantization, pruning, distillation).

• Practical experience deploying models on cloud and/or GPU infrastructure.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
