This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Participate in the comprehensive delivery of sophisticated, full-stack systems, transitioning from prototype to production while collaborating with defense and intelligence clients.
• Develop and implement machine learning services that utilize LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and agent orchestration within production settings, including classified and isolated environments.
• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp challenges, facilitate delivery timelines, and deploy AI applications within real-world limitations.
• Assist in formalizing repeatable processes into reusable tools and foundational elements that enable the team to accelerate delivery.
• Prior experience in the defense or intelligence sectors is essential.
• You regularly and instinctively utilize AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• You apply LLMs throughout the development lifecycle and remain informed about new models and tools.
• Proficient understanding of contemporary agent frameworks and SDKs (such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, AutoGen, or equivalents).
• Knowledge of MCP or similar frameworks for LLM integration.
• An informed perspective on the limitations of AI. You recognize when to rely on AI-generated outcomes and when to conduct verification.
