M&A Analyst – Academic Work Placement, Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Perform research on industry trends and market conditions.

• Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities.

• Assist in the creation of internal investment documentation.

• Aid in financial analysis and valuation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a university located in France, Germany, or another European nation.

• Must require a placement as a compulsory and evaluated component of their course.

• Must provide written verification from their university.

• Must have the legal authorization to undertake an internship or work placement in France or Germany.

• A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

• Proficiency in Excel and a familiarity with financial modeling are necessary.

• Excellent communication skills are required; proficiency in French or German is mandatory, while English is a significant advantage.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in M&A are important. Previous experience in finance, consulting, corporate development, or investment analysis is beneficial but not mandatory.
