M365 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop sophisticated solutions utilizing SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI.

• Work collaboratively with team members to create engaging, user-friendly SharePoint Online site pages.

• Design, implement, and sustain both canvas and model-driven Power Apps tailored to customer specifications.

• Provide assistance to customers by training new SharePoint site administrators, conducting site maintenance, and managing site permissions; aid users with MS Teams, SharePoint, and other applications within the Microsoft 365 suite; and investigate available features within the Navy’s secure 365 environment.

• Assist in fulfilling contract obligations, which may involve submitting supporting data and metrics and ensuring timely delivery of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support contract tasks and overall mission success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Must possess the capability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance before starting and a subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Information Technology or Computer Science discipline.

• Candidates with a minimum of 8 years of directly relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in developing M365 solutions.

• Microsoft M365 Developer certification is required.

• Proficient in the following software: SharePoint Online; Power Apps; Power BI; Power Automate.

• Strong orientation towards customer service along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage competing priorities, multiple tasks, and strict deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) to customer sites.
