Loan Processor, Credit Analyst – Australian Mortgage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee client onboarding through Salestrekker (including document collection, follow-ups, and ensuring data accuracy), Frollo (for open banking access), and WhatsApp (for communication with clients and brokers).

• Support clients with inquiries related to platform access and document uploads.

• Generate compliance documents such as credit guides, privacy documents, and introductory packs.

• Perform credit checks using Equifax and Access Seeker.

• Evaluate borrowing capacity utilizing Quickli Pro and lender calculators.

• Identify and compile top lender options based on policy and servicing for broker analysis.

• Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and credit teams to obtain approvals and pricing.

• Request and analyze valuations from CoreLogic and Valocity.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive, submission-ready applications.

• Manage post-submission conditions, Member Initiated Requests (MIRs), and the settlement process.

• Assist existing clients with top-ups following the same workflow and re-entry procedures.

• Document processes to create internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on practical experiences in this industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in the Australian mortgage broking sector (as a parabroker, processor, or credit analyst).

• In-depth knowledge of Australian lending policies and credit assessments.

• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing self-employed income (including company, trust, and sole trader) without requiring constant guidance.

• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.

• Capability to engage directly with lenders and Australian clients on operational issues.
