Loan Data Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate loan packets to confirm they are complete and accurate.

• Review loan documents and data to ensure consistency and completeness.

• Validate loan data input into the system to guarantee accuracy.

• Assess loan files for adherence to regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

• Detect and address data discrepancies or inaccuracies in loan packets, which may require communication with borrowers, lenders, and other parties.

• Assist in identifying and resolving challenges related to loan data and documentation.

• Work collaboratively with underwriters, closers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate completion of the review process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in loan processing within the housing market (experience in manufactured housing is a plus).

• Comfortable operating in an unpredictable, fast-paced environment that evolves as technology and the business grow.

• Proactive and capable of working independently.

• Collaborative and innovative, demonstrating a strong commitment to team success.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools.

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• High attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in loan files.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with mortgage lending regulations and requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of loan origination software and loan document management systems.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
