Listing Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and publish new vacation rental listings on OTA and direct booking platforms.

• Craft engaging and precise property descriptions while emphasizing unique amenities and features.

• Upload and arrange photography, floor plans, amenities, house rules, fees, and additional listing content.

• Construct and maintain listing information within internal systems and property reference documentation.

• Set up automated guest messaging and property-specific communication templates.

• Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all distribution channels.

• Coordinate the launch of listings for newly onboarded properties and resorts.

• Revise listings to reflect renovations, changes in amenities, policy updates, seasonal promotions, and operational modifications.

• Resolve listing issues with OTA partners and escalate as required.

• Assist with calendar management, reservation updates, and inventory synchronization as needed.

• Collaborate with Revenue Management to ensure accurate implementation of pricing, restrictions, and booking settings.

• Work alongside Marketing to support promotional campaigns and enhance listing performance.

• Monitor listing quality and identify opportunities to boost conversion rates and guest engagement.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of listing configurations and operational procedures.

• Assist with departmental projects during slower operational periods.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• One or more years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, e-commerce, content management, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with online travel agencies (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.) is preferred.

• Familiarity with property management or reservation systems is a plus.
