Life Sciences Technical Architect Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients at the executive level.

• Lead and influence internal strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the Life Sciences consulting practice.

• Assist customers and colleagues in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to Senior Technical Architects and Solution Architects.

• Collaborate effectively while demonstrating strong communication skills.

• Identify and proactively address risk areas at the program level.

• Manage executive client expectations and negotiate solutions for complex challenges.

• Review and adjust project/program direction as needed.

• Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and engage directly with clients.

• Define and contribute to the program vision while advising on and articulating program/project strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting.

• More than 5 years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, specifically in Pharma/Biopharma.

• Strong skills in application design.

• Proficient in data, integration, and security architecture.

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring large technical teams.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Detail-oriented individual.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze, design, and enhance business processes through technology and integration.
