Líder Técnico Full Stack – Node.js, Next.js, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Technical leadership of the development team (Frontend and Backend).

• Define the architecture of the solutions.

• Design and develop APIs using Node.js with NestJS.

• Implement web interfaces utilizing Next.js.

• Ensure the adoption of best development practices.

• Conduct Code Reviews and approve Pull Requests.

• Coordinate with functional and UX/UI teams.

• Oversee integration with AWS services.

• Ensure the performance and scalability of applications.

• Provide technical mentorship to the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• More than 2 years of experience in leading technical teams.

• Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS.

• Development and design of REST APIs.

• Experience with Python.

• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL database management.

• Experience with Next.js.

• Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with AWS.

• Solid understanding of software architecture.

• Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures.

• Knowledge of microfrontend architectures.

• Expertise in web performance optimization.
