This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting architectural and development decisions.
• Analyze, design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and code quality.
• Technically lead the team by providing guidance, fostering developer growth, and sharing knowledge.
• Conduct and support activities such as technical refinement, sprint planning, and defining technical solutions.
• Translate the Product Owner's requirements into structured technical solutions.
• Assist the Scrum Master in organizing and planning the team's activities.
• Organize and direct deliveries to ensure timelines and quality are met.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT field.
• At least 4 years of experience with DevOps practices, including: CI/CD and pipeline automation.
• Experience in .NET development (C# / .NET Core).
• Background in maintaining, evolving, and supporting systems in production within complex environments with high data volumes and multiple system integrations.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Previous experience in the insurance sector will be considered an advantage.
