Licensed Therapist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy to clients engaged in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases

• Create and execute clinically suitable treatment plans

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams that include psychologists and neurorehabilitation experts

• Offer trauma-informed care customized for injury-related psychological and cognitive issues

• Occasionally provide therapy services for adolescent clients (ages 7 and up)

• Maintain a structured, outcome-oriented approach to short-term therapy (8–12 sessions per client)

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid AZ LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Experience in trauma-informed care

• Availability of 20–30 hours per week

• Familiarity with telehealth services

• Experience working with adolescents (age 7 and older)

• Experience in independent clinical practice
