Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• You will manage a caseload of 25–36 sessions weekly, offering individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth platforms.

• Perform intakes and create client-focused, trauma-informed treatment plans.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, which includes therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working in unison.

• Ensure timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide support to families by offering education and care coordination, beyond just assisting the child present.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C.

• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficient in technology and adept at learning new systems, including Zoom, GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaborative tools.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Dedicated to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices.
