This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.

• Perform research to deliver accurate solutions for customer issues.

• Potentially engage in upselling products or services to current customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty License.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Ability to recognize, apply, and clearly communicate your knowledge of products or services while ensuring the privacy of members is upheld.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Access to high-speed internet (greater than 25 mbps).

• A smartphone or other device running iOS or Android (such as an iPad) for daily log-ins.
