This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver remote monitoring services to assist patients as they navigate through their home-exercise therapy regimen.
• Guide and support users in therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training via our technology platform.
• Provide continuous feedback to the assessing clinician regarding patient progress outside the clinical setting.
• Keep essential records and documentation while executing remote monitoring duties.
• Contribute to enhancing processes and functionality of the platform.
• Organize and manage a caseload efficiently.
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Possess an active PT license in a compact state (https://www.ptcompact.org/).
• Hold an active PTA license in Michigan.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable navigating a multi-platform environment and switching between various systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling).
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collect and present meaningful data to inform decisions.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and active listening.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care and a genuine passion for the user experience.
• Capability to multi-task and manage diverse user needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and agility to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace.
