Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, impactful virtual therapy utilizing evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Action and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Leverage our advanced collaboration portal to engage with students, offering them the necessary support.

• Collaborate closely with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure integrated care.

• Keep timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions to maintain continuity of care.

• Partner with our administrative support team to improve overall student care, from initial outreach to resource allocation.

• Work alongside leadership during critical patient situations to secure optimal outcomes.

• Become proficient in our distinctive care model, allowing you to effectively assist college students while continuously enhancing your therapeutic skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Minnesota. Multi-state licensure is a plus as we operate across all 50 states.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Capable of conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic evaluations.

• Effectively integrate conceptual understanding with suitable treatment plans.

• Skilled in treating a diverse group of students with empathy and respect.

• Able to identify and manage escalating risk situations proficiently.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer equipped with a quality video camera and a reliable internet connection for virtual therapy sessions.
