• Respond to incoming calls from prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Provide clients with information about Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans.
• Assist clients in the enrollment process using CRM and telephonic platforms.
• Meet personal sales targets with unlimited commission potential.
• Ensure adherence to CMS regulations and training standards.
• Current Health or Health/Life Insurance License (mandatory).
• AHIP certification for 2026 is preferred.
• Experience with Medicare products is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and proficient computer navigation skills.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently from home.
• Tech-savvy and well-organized (familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, etc.).
