📋 Description

• Deliver prompt, precise, and attentive information and services to both policyholders and agents.

• Effectively troubleshoot policy-related issues independently while appropriately escalating other matters.

• Assess, analyze, and take ownership of customer policy requirements to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction, business growth, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active P&C Producers insurance license is REQUIRED.

• An Associate's degree or over 1 year of experience in insurance is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
