This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for client service inquiries through phone, email, and agency communication platforms.
• Handle policy modifications, endorsements, certificates, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and billing questions.
• Ensure client records are accurate and complete in HawkSoft.
• Assess policies for correctness and pinpoint opportunities to enhance coverage or improve the client experience.
• Liaise with insurance carriers to address underwriting, billing, and policy servicing issues.
• Organize follow-up actions and proactively oversee open service requests.
• Assist producers by providing outstanding ongoing service to current clients.
• Adhere to all agency workflows, documented protocols, and compliance requirements set by carriers.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere by communicating actively and supporting teammates when necessary.
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (mandatory)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance customer service preferred
• Background in servicing personal and/or commercial insurance accounts
• Familiarity with HawkSoft or similar agency management systems preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn new technologies and agency systems
