Licensed Clinical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic counseling services and create treatment plans for a predominantly young adult demographic.

• Maintain real-time documentation and submit HIPAA-compliant records utilizing TimelyCare's electronic health record system.

• Formulate and present treatment plans and progress notes after each counseling session.

• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the ongoing support of care as necessary.

• Comply with established documentation quality standards and adhere to the code of ethics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Active State License in Rhode Island; additional state licenses are advantageous.

• Proficient in clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening capabilities.

• Experience in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety/treatment planning.

• Background in delivering services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling setting.
