This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.
• Assess and treat mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Meet with patients on a regular basis to provide counseling, treatment, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Conduct continuous evaluations of patient progress.
• Engage and advise family members when appropriate.
• Organize outreach and referral initiatives in neighboring communities.
• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment after obtaining full licensure.
• A Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related fields.
• A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license (depending on office location). Applications from individuals without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this organization.
• Capability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to guide, lead, or influence individuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of establishing and sustaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems: Must have proven experience in using electronic health record systems effectively to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with expertise in various software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and resolve common issues.
