Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Therapist, Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy to a diverse patient population ranging from 12 years old to geriatric individuals, suitable for telehealth services.

• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments to assess and measure patient outcomes.

• Document the services rendered in the electronic medical record, including diagnosis and billing codes for each encounter.

• Conduct services through a two-way audio and visual communication platform.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethics and comply with all laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the practice location.

• Collaborate with clinical, health education, community health, and other staff members in delivering patient services when necessary.

• Offer referrals for additional services as needed.

• Provide clinical supervision to CA Associate level therapists.

• Take on other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work with licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, enabling independent practice in California.

• Experience in psychotherapy.

• Knowledge of women's health and multicultural groups, with prior experience in a multicultural environment preferred.
