This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Legal Department with various administrative and operational duties, including translations, document formatting, template upkeep, and management of internal requests.
• Draft and sustain legal documents, files, correspondence, templates, internal forms, powers of attorney, and routine legal materials under the supervision of attorneys.
• Provide both technical and administrative support for the processes of contract approval and signing.
• Generate and monitor approval requests, facilitate comments and approvals, prepare signature documents, and keep track of signing statuses.
• Upload executed contracts and accompanying documents to pertinent systems and manage contract records.
• Monitor contract statuses, including renewal and expiration dates, responsible parties, approval history, and availability of signed versions.
• Maintain repositories for contracts, trackers, internal legal databases, policies, instructions, and documentation of processes.
• Aid in the preparation and revision of internal policies, procedures, guidelines, legal summaries, memorandums, status updates, and reports.
• Follow up on outstanding legal requests and liaise with business teams to gather information and documents promptly.
• Recognize and escalate basic risks associated with legal matters, documentation, approvals, or processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• A minimum of one year of pertinent professional experience.
• Capability to convert complex legal requirements into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic, organized approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent proficiency in Ukrainian.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
