Lease Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review, abstract, and process commercial leases along with associated legal documents.

• Extract and summarize essential lease information, such as rent terms, renewal options, obligations, and expense details.

• Conduct precise data entry, verification, and ongoing management of lease records.

• Handle lease modification requests and amendments.

• Ensure lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and consistency with industry standards.

• Identify and report potential compliance or data issues for clients or leadership.

• Monitor and resolve mid-level issues; escalate complicated or high-risk issues as necessary.

• Engage in special projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Suggest enhancements to systems, processes, or workflows to boost quality and efficiency.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, or a related area.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse audiences.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or client priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with industry best practices concerning lease administration and compliance.

• Nice to have: Experience with lease abstraction systems or property management software, exposure to large or multi-property lease portfolios, and experience supporting client-facing teams or external stakeholders.
