Learning Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize innovative and impactful learning experience solutions in partnership with colleagues and/or team leaders.

• Facilitate or engage in project team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative discussions to generate ideas that assist our clients in reaching their objectives.

• Investigate and synthesize client-supplied materials to pinpoint and document essential learning points.

• Create assigned project outputs using tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and others.

• Exhibit expertise in Experiential Learning by conveying key learning points through engaging and enjoyable learning experiences.

• Keep updated on advancements and trends in the fields of adult learning and instructional design.

• Work in conjunction with other departments—such as graphics, production, logistics, etc.—when project deliverables necessitate collaboration with individuals outside of the Creative team.

• Consistently use Teamwork (our project management software) to monitor key creative milestones and manage deadlines for your assigned project tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of related experience and/or training.

• Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite – including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Two years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in instructional design and/or the automotive industry, focusing on creative content development and/or training.

• Experience in automotive retail, marketing, facilitation, and/or training.
