Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, maintain, and scale back-end services along with their supporting tools.

• Engage in architectural discussions with a strong emphasis on innovation and creativity.

• Create automation and tools to enhance the scalability and ease of deployment of our systems.

• Collaborate directly with a multidisciplinary team to assist our customers and partners.

• Investigate new tools and services to comprehend complex scenarios and propose new features.

• Operate within an agile environment utilizing a DevOps approach—teams are responsible for building and maintaining their own software, including taking turns on-call.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and production-scale systems.

• Strong proficiency in GoLang (primary language — non-negotiable).

• Basic frontend experience with React.

• In-depth knowledge of at least one cloud platform—AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proven history of delivering production code in an Agile setting.

• A collaborative engineer who promotes shared code ownership and engages teammates in critical decisions.

• Capability to design and implement distributed solutions for complex, real-world challenges.
