Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive software development projects from initial design to final deployment, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Architect, implement, and unit-test software applications with a significant emphasis on Angular-based frontend development, in accordance with functional and product requirements.

• Create and sustain intricate, scalable, and maintainable applications by utilizing contemporary frontend architecture patterns and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with Product, UX, and Backend teams to provide high-quality, user-focused solutions.

• Develop and uphold technical design documentation that adheres to SDLC standards.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to collective engineering best practices, with a strong focus on frontend quality and consistency.

• Guide junior developers in Angular, frontend engineering techniques, coding standards, and overall full-stack best practices.

• Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Product Development to synchronize release activities and ensure the delivery of compliant, high-quality software.

• Availability and willingness to work in an EU shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST).

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in developing Angular and related applications.

• Experience in backend C# (preferred).

• Over 7 years of software engineering experience, with a strong understanding of SDLC.

• Established expertise in object-oriented and service-oriented software development methodologies.

• Familiarity with regulated or pharmaceutical industry environments (preferred).

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
