Lead Senior Compliance Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, engage in, and lead various types of audit programs.

• Conduct and oversee EHS compliance audits.

• Facilitate and manage audits for process safety management and risk management programs.

• Implement and lead supply chain due diligence and risk audits of various types.

• Execute and oversee audits for waste receiving facilities across different styles.

• Spearhead the development of permitting and EHS compliance strategies for client project development across diverse industries.

• Coordinate the creation and management of client EHS compliance programs for both construction and operational phases in various sectors.

• Supervise the execution of EHS compliance tasks for clients in multiple industries.

• Design and deliver EHS training programs tailored for clients in a range of sectors.

• Offer comprehensive regulatory interpretation of EHS laws and regulations to our clients while formulating compliance strategies.

• Stay updated and communicate knowledge of current and emerging USEPA, OSHA, and state EHS regulatory requirements.

• Prepare impactful business presentations and proposals to deliver competitive, high-value EHS consulting services.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

• Expand the existing business base through client outreach and professional networking.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching to new or less-experienced staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 8 years of experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• At least 8 years of experience in conducting EHS regulatory compliance audit fieldwork.

• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review as a condition of employment.

• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

• Experience in EHS compliance auditing.
