Lead PM, Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage project execution for SRA/PIA/DRP.

• Prioritize and oversee intake requests.

• Supervise the delivery processes at the POD level.

• Evaluate risks and establish mitigation strategies.

• Improve team processes and enhance productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end execution of SRA/PIA/DRP.

• Triage and prioritize incoming requests.

• Take ownership of POD-level or process-level delivery.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential remediation strategies.

• Promote process adoption and continuous improvements.

• Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Power Automate, and basic SAP.

• Knowledgeable in Scrum/Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
