This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Manage partner onboarding processes independently from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence tasks, which include collecting, verifying, and tracking documentation.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and organized in a centralized and structured manner.
• Assist in the preparation of licensing applications and coordinate license renewals, including document collection and tracking.
• Maintain documentation related to licensing and ensure updates and submissions are completed on time.
• Support audit preparations by gathering, organizing, and tracking necessary documentation and evidence.
• Enhance internal trackers, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Ensure the consistent application of internal processes across all partners and jurisdictions.
• Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current processes and suggest practical enhancements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to facilitate smooth and timely execution.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a regulated gaming environment is essential.
• A background in compliance, regulatory support, licensing, or operational roles within regulated sectors.
• Experience with onboarding, due diligence, KYC/KYB, licensing support, audit support, or related structured processes.
• Strong knowledge of documentation requirements in regulated businesses.
• Experience in maintaining trackers, repositories, logs, or structured databases.
• Capability to independently manage processes from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to recognize missing information, inconsistencies, and documentation gaps.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to gather missing information.
• Proficiency in handling confidential and sensitive business information.
• Experience collaborating with multiple jurisdictions or international stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating under deadlines, audits, and timelines set by regulators.
