This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Spearhead the design and execution of enterprise integration solutions utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Establish integration architecture, standards, and best practices across various projects and teams.
• Create API-led connectivity solutions, which encompass System, Process, and Experience APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to integration developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to formulate integration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Supervise the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code evaluations, and uphold governance policies.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration obstacles.
• Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs, standards, and guidelines.
• Over 7 years of experience in integration and middleware technologies, with a strong focus on MuleSoft.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering large-scale integration solutions utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Profound understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API governance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
• MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.
• Must have experience working with U.S. clients.
