• Identify and compile lists of verified hospital contacts tailored to our target audience, including specific roles, titles, and regions.
• Perform manual research to confirm the accuracy and relevance of contact information.
• Create customized outreach messages addressing pain points and aligning with campaign goals.
• Implement email campaigns using platforms such as SendGrid in conjunction with Odoo.
• Monitor, manage, and engage with lead responses to nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain a consistent tone and messaging in accordance with the Cube Care brand.
• Track campaign performance and report on lead quality, objections, and levels of interest.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging and refine target segments.
• Ensure adherence to email marketing best practices to prevent blacklisting, particularly with healthcare servers.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, sales development, or email outreach, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong research abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as SendGrid, Odoo, or comparable CRM systems.
• Exceptional written communication skills that are clear and persuasive.
• Capability to work independently while effectively managing time.
• Comfortable managing extensive data lists and segmenting based on targeted criteria.
• NO Linux, Unix, or any operating systems beyond those that are required.
• REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.
• REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels with 720p recording capability.
