Lead Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and develop production systems from start to finish, including backend, frontend, data layer, and infrastructure.

• Create and implement AI-driven workflows utilizing LLMs, retrieval systems, and automation pipelines.

• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and deployment automation.

• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure the systems you create remain robust in production.

• Connect with third-party APIs and enterprise systems (such as CRMs, messaging platforms, and identity providers).

• Convert vague requirements into a delivered product—proactively taking action without waiting for a flawless specification.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in building and delivering production systems at scale.

• Demonstrated ability to take concepts from inception to real-world users with proven 0→1 experience.

• Full-stack proficiency: comfortable working with data, backend, frontend, and infrastructure.

• Strong DevOps skills: expertise in containerization, CI/CD, cloud services (preferably AWS), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Practical experience with AI/ML in production—able to articulate when to fine-tune, prompt, or orchestrate.

• Proficient with modern AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and capable of rapid deployment using these technologies.

• Solid engineering fundamentals acquired from a reputable engineering program.
