Lead Full Stack Developer, Python, TypeScript

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and deployment of comprehensive full-stack applications utilizing Python and TypeScript technologies.

• Architect and implement AI-driven functionalities, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.

• Construct, scale, and sustain APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.

• Make informed technical decisions regarding architecture, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and the application of AI models.

• Guarantee application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across various systems.

• Manage and support cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create innovative solutions.

• Mentor developers while fostering engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.

• Guide the team in employing AI tools and contemporary workflows to enhance productivity and delivery speed.

• Diagnose intricate technical issues and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with exposure to leadership or team management.

• Proficient in backend development utilizing Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.

• Strong frontend development skills using TypeScript with React or Angular.

• Experience in building and scaling APIs, backend services, and distributed systems.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven features in production settings.

• Solid understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI integrations.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and AI tools.

• Experience with model tuning, open-source AI tools, or AI monitoring solutions is a plus.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Availability to start immediately, if possible.
