Lead Engineer – Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead and primary developer for the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) service.

• Take ownership of the architecture, code organization, and technical strategy.

• Engage directly with automation code using Ansible, Python, and other scripting languages.

• Collaborate effectively with the Service Owner and various stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and support to fellow contributors through technical mentoring and code reviews.

• Manage bare metal provisioning, including Dell servers, firmware, BIOS, RAID configurations, and iDRAC hardening.

• Set up hypervisors, including Hyper-V, along with networking and VM lifecycle management.

• Oversee Windows operating system deployment and customization.

• Administer Active Directory, including Domain Controllers (DCs), Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and CIS hardening.

• Facilitate application deployments and establish complete test environments (e.g., OLS, SIT).

• Utilize Ansible for roles, templates, and scripting.

• Use AWX as the automation orchestrator and user interface.
