Lead Digital Product Manager – AI, Data, Security Tooling Ecosystem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and uphold the overarching vision for an AI-driven cyber operations ecosystem.

• Take ownership of the product vision and outcomes for a robust Security Operations Data Plane.

• Establish the readiness posture for tooling, outlining when and how security-related tools are implemented or integrated to maintain ecosystem standards.

• Oversee portfolio strategy, roadmap, and prioritization based on outcomes (OKRs/KPIs).

• Promote the usage of ecosystem capabilities across various Cyber Operations job roles.

• Address conflicts between localized optimization and the integrity of the ecosystem.

• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and governance stakeholders to ensure a defensible and scalable delivery process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management, leading platform products, or delivering enterprise products.

• Proven track record of managing outcome-focused portfolios in intricate enterprise settings.

• Exceptional stakeholder leadership, adherence to operating models, and strategic communication abilities.

• Experience with security data, observability, analytics, and telemetry ecosystems.

• Familiarity with KQL-style analytics and concepts related to security log data.

• Experience with telemetry pipeline patterns including routing, transformation, and normalization.

• Proven capability in enabling large-scale AI adoption through platform solutions rather than singular features.

• Understanding of agentic AI governance concepts such as guardrails, auditability, and safe actions.

• Experience in defining golden paths or models for internal platform adoption.
