Lead DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with software development teams to support their releases and develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Design and implement automated infrastructure solutions.

• Oversee and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and virtual machines (VMs).

• Monitor the environment, analyze issues, and resolve problems as necessary.

• Leverage your knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle to proactively enhance and automate infrastructure and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administrator, particularly within complex distributed infrastructures.

• Strong proficiency in Linux, especially Rocky Linux, and comfortable working with Docker.

• Fluent in Kubernetes and Helm, with hands-on experience using FluxCD.

• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools, including Zabbix, Grafana, QuestDB, and Prometheus.

• Skilled in configuration management and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, with experience in creating automated deployments through GitLab CI.

• Knowledgeable in MariaDB administration and NGINX, with a proven ability to support infrastructure for applications developed in PHP, Node.js, and/or Python.

• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, or Go).

• Over 2 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as DigitalOcean and AWS and/or GCP.

• Polish language proficiency at a C1 level (fluent in both written and spoken) and English at a B2 level (good written and verbal communication skills).
