• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence position

• Proficient in SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling purposes

• Practical experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• Demonstrated success in leading projects and managing teams

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying complex data to non-technical stakeholders
