Lead Consultant, Autonomous Penetration Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop autonomous penetration testing pipelines and tools.

• Incorporate adversarial testing into CI/CD processes and organizational workflows.

• Automate the validation of attack paths and the verification of exploits.

• Collaborate with Exposure Intelligence and Response teams to assess risk.

• Enhance testing coverage and scalability on an ongoing basis.

• Construct and manage automated adversarial testing capabilities.

• Facilitate continuous validation of vulnerabilities and the effectiveness of remediation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or security engineering.

• Proficient scripting and development skills, particularly in Python, PowerShell, or equivalent languages.

• Familiarity with offensive security tools and methodologies.

• Experience with automation frameworks and pipeline integration is preferred.

• Knowledge of attack graphs, CTEM, or exposure validation platforms is preferred.

• Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments is preferred.

• Background investigation is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Allstate typically does not sponsor employment-based visas.
