This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design and execute intricate technical sales strategies to efficiently meet partner needs and enhance sales opportunities.
• Work in close collaboration with senior management to synchronize technical sales initiatives with the company's goals and priorities, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical authority during significant sales opportunities, offering detailed knowledge and guidance to partners and internal teams.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality solutions, ensuring they meet or surpass partner and customer expectations and provide substantial value.
• Act as a bridge between sales, engineering, and other departments, promoting communication and cooperation to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Continuously assess and enhance sales processes and strategies to boost effectiveness and stimulate business growth.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to bolster ongoing sales efforts.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to sales teams, assisting them in understanding and communicating the technical aspects of products and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in driving complex technical sales strategies and overseeing major sales opportunities.
• Capability to collaborate with senior management to align technical sales initiatives with company goals.
• Strong decision-making abilities to navigate critical sales situations and drive results.
• Innovative mindset to create unique solutions that set the company apart in the market.
• Profound understanding of organizational dynamics, industry innovation, and market positioning.
