Lead Backend Engineer – Automation, Platform Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Developing internal orchestration infrastructure

• Implementing platform deployments for customers

• Creating and optimizing a robust orchestration engine using Java microservices

• Setting up, configuring, and tailoring the automation platform to meet customer requirements

• Troubleshooting production issues and improving platform observability

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering

• Strong expertise in Java, with extensive experience in developing scalable microservices

• Familiarity with NoSQL document databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, Couchbase)

• Experience in building or integrating workflow engines or enterprise automation systems

• Basic knowledge of Python

• Understanding of LLM application architectures

• Strong interest or practical experience in semantic search and conversational AI backends.
