Lead Backend Developer, PHP, React, DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the project ensuring stability.

• Coordinate a team of two developers alongside the Scrum Master.

• Manage stakeholder relationships.

• Lead and participate in the technical development and implementation of solutions.

• Oversee migration initiatives.

• Conduct technical feasibility analyses.

• Act as Scrum Master to ensure adherence to agile methodologies.

• Update documentation in ServiceNow.

• Manage incidents.

• Monitor potential security vulnerabilities and create plans to address them.

• Participate in audits.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with international vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.

• English proficiency at C1 level.

• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, ReactJS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Jira, Agile, and Scrum.

• Knowledge of Oauth2.1 and OpenID Connect.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

• Problem-solving mindset.

• High level of autonomy and proactivity.

• Excellent communication skills.
