Lead Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and manage highly scalable and secure systems utilizing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS-native patterns.

• Architect and implement best practices for integrating AI functionalities into our products.

• Serve as the advocate for Claude Code.

• Achieve mastery of the Atlassian Forge platform.

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and operational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 3 years in a dedicated Lead Architect position within large-scale SaaS environments.

• Demonstrated experience in building on Atlassian Forge and/or Connect.

• Professional-level expertise in AWS.

• Advanced skills in Kotlin, Java (JVM), and Node.js.

• Expert understanding of React.

• Proven capability to integrate AI-driven features into products.

• Expert knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture, message brokers (Kafka/SNS/SQS), and distributed systems.
