📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive risk evaluations for Circle Payments Network.

• Supervise thorough assessments for the Payments Pillar.

• Foster collaboration across various functions within the Payments program.

• Organize contributions and ensure preparedness across teams for new market launches.

• Create compliance processes that are driven by data and enhanced by AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Risk Management.

• Over 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or similar areas.

• Extensive understanding of U.S. and global regulatory compliance standards in payments and finance.

• Profound knowledge of virtual assets and blockchain/distributed ledger technology.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Risk teams.
