Lead – Agentic AI Forward Deployment Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical and delivery leader responsible for converting enterprise customer needs into production-grade Agentic AI solutions.

• Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their business processes, create scalable AI-driven workflows, oversee end-to-end implementations, and guarantee successful deployments that yield measurable business results.

• Manage the entire customer deployment lifecycle—from initial discovery and solution design to implementation, quality assurance, go-live, and ongoing optimization.

• Work in tandem with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Integration Engineers, and QA teams while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders throughout their AI transformation journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Delivery, Implementation Consulting, Professional Services, or Technical Program Management for SaaS or AI platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in leading intricate enterprise software deployments and customer implementations.

• Strong capability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams across engineering, product, QA, and customer-facing roles.

• Profound understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, system architecture, data flows, and distributed systems.

• Exceptional customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

• Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on execution excellence.
