Landscape Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of landscape projects.

• Participate in meetings and workshops, presenting design ideas and embodying AECOM’s design philosophy.

• Assist project leads with management tasks, encompassing financial and program-related duties.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by sharing expertise.

• Help cultivate robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators.

• Drive proactive client engagement and contribute to business development efforts.

• Develop designs through all phases, from initial feasibility studies to producing construction documentation.

• Support contract management (e.g., JCLI) to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

• Generate and/or supervise the creation of reports, drawings, and other technical documents with appropriate detail for various development stages, utilizing relevant software.

• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and integrated design solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduates with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience, actively pursuing Corporate Membership of the ILI or Chartered Membership of the LI (CMLI).

• Experience in designing public realm projects and complex multidisciplinary initiatives.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Irish planning framework.

• Understanding of project management principles, including financial oversight, reporting, and scheduling.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Revit and/or Civil 3D is highly advantageous.

• Competent in producing clear graphics, technical reports, and construction documents.

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Possession of a full Irish driving license.
