KPO Lean Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the Lean roadmap within the Commercial division.

• Organize activities and uphold Lean operational systems.

• Facilitate efficient monitoring and communication of ongoing improvement projects.

• Aid in the maintenance of Daily Management and support Kaizen events.

• Keep standard work documentation updated and ensure precise tracking of KPIs and action plans.

• Oversee action plans, monitor progress, and escalate any risks as necessary.

• Ensure data integrity in systems such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.

• Promote awareness of Lean initiatives and their outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Relevant and proven experience in administration, operations, or project coordination.

• Genuine interest in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, or Miro.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking applications.
